Note: Due to the consumable nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned unless there’s a proven defect or quality concern

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and guide you through the process.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

The amount will be credited to your original method of payment

In case of COD orders, we will initiate a refund via bank transfe
Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product:

We offer a free replacement of the same item

Replacements are processed within 2–3 business days of claim approval
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Items purchased under special discounts, offers, or bundles

Products returned without original packaging
Shipping Charges

Return shipping is free if the issue is due to our error (damaged/wrong item)

In all other cases, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer
